Cult art, surf and street fashion collective New York Sunshine has opened its latest summer store in the Hamptons, basing itself in Southampton for the season.

The Long Island store location is minimalist with whitewashed walls and concrete shelf fixturing suspended from ceilings by heavy duty steel chains.

There are some chunky items of concrete furniture on show, all designed by John Margaritis, the brand’s chief architect, including 300-pound bespoke shelving and 450-pound “foundation chairs’ with triple laminated glass backs and welded steel arms.
