Korean eyewear brand Gentle Monster opened a pop-up shop in Nordstrom as part of a series called KPOP-IN@Nordstrom.

The series, featured at seven Nordstrom department stores across both the US and Canada, is inspired by Korean fashion and beauty brands and the Gentle Monster’s Pop Up will be followed by a beauty store and, in March, a curated Korean fashion design area will debut.

The Gentle Monster space featured 40 different pairs of men’s and women’s spectacle frames and featured six exclusive styles for the pop-up.

The POP-In locations all sported a different look depending on allocated store space but all featured strong fixturing and where possible an emphasis on texture such as knitted walls or chiffon curtains marking out the boundaries of the space.

Nordstrom stores that feature the pop-ins include Downtown Seattle, Bellevue Square,Washington; NorthPark Centre Dallas; The Grove, Los Angeles; Michigan Avenue, Chicago; CF Pacific Centre, Vancouver and Toronto’s Eaton Centre.
