Fashion brand Dsquared has completed its lifestyle development at its corporate headquarters in Milano.
The offering is an example of a growing trend where fashion brands are aiming to create an experience that transcends fashion. High-end brands such Armani, Bulgari and Versace have created hotels, Ralph Lauren has opened restaurants, bars and cafes and fitness brands such as Nike offer gyms both inside and outside its stores.
Ceresio 7 started in 2013 with the opening of a restaurant, a bar and two swimming pools, on the rooftop of the head office and has now been completed with a gym and wellbeing centre.
The 19,375 sq ft space, located in the building’s basement, has been designed by local high-end architectural firm Storage, which has been working on the development of the Ceresio 7 project.
The design is typically Italian slick with clean lines and high-end colours of beige and greys.
It has a full equipment gym with exercise rooms for classes and personal trainers. The spa features a relax area, a small swimming pool, as well as Turkish baths, saunas and beauty and massage cabins.
This is a good example of bringing to life the ethos of the brand.
