Cult luxury department store Dover Street Market has opened a new outpost in Singapore. This is the fifth store with others located in the major fashion capitals of London, Tokyo, New York and Beijing.

To ensure local success, it has teamed up with South East Asian retail expert Club 21 to realise the new store.  The brand chose an area that mixes history with fashion, opening in the Dempsey Hill area, once a nutmeg plantation and WW II military camp and now a fashion boutique and dining destination.

Like all Dover Street Markets, the 12, 325 sq ft store is a small collection of its favourite brands which it deems are in the vanguard fashion such as Balenciaga, Gucci, Nike Lab, The Row and Celine. Each brand is given its own space to create mini-boutiques.
